The walls and roof of the home are insulated with PIR, a high-performance insulation material that provides excellent thermal performance and reduces energy usage and costs.
Our modular homes are equipped with high-quality steel structure, ensuring solidity and durability. The internal walls and ceilings are filled with mineral wool, providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. By using this advanced material, our homes are energy-efficient and guarantee comfortable living conditions throughout the year.
The house is equipped with an ISOVER vapor barrier foil that prevents moisture from penetrating the insulation and walls, thus ensuring the durability and lifespan of the house
The interior walls of the home are finished with 2 x 12.5 mm Rigips plasterboard, providing a smooth and durable surface for painting or wallpapering.
As a distributor, we deliver top-tier service, providing comprehensive support throughout every stage of the process, from our partner’s factory to the final delivery. We can provide other services like crane, assembly or investment advises as an extra package.
